Push-up Progression #12 - wall one-arm push-ups: 5, 5, 5, 5, 5


We have ENT results.  I have chronic sinus infection and maybe polyps, but it's difficult to tell with the inflammation.  We're starting with a looooooong course of antibiotics and maintaining all current allergy / migraine / steroid meds.  Then when I finish the antibiotics, we'll evaluate my sinuses again and decide if we need to go all the way in and clean them out or only deal with fixing the deviated septum and bony spur growth in the nasal cavity.  He thinks this is completely separate from the migraines and not triggering my headaches at all though (based on location of inflammation and location of headache onset).  


I'lll be staying away from anything handstand related until this is cleared; I don't trust my balance upside down and don't want to add a concussion to the mix.

I've been gone for a bit due to migraines; they've made it impossible to work out.  I met with my specialist again and we're going got a med change, so hopefully there will be improvement forthcoming.  I'm on a prednisone taper and was able to get a workout in tonight.  I see the ENT to discuss surgery on Friday.
