Think i'll install a hook on the wall to hang in the living room so I can get moving on the shoulder exercises goal. Otherwise, it's been an iffy week - still happy from vacation but realizing just how stressful work is. As in, I thought after such a great week off, it'd be a few weeks before I started getting crabby again, but not so much. Goal's are going alright, I think. I have a pretty major decision to make though, which I really don't want to do. Oh well, that's what counseling is for, right? To keep yourself accountable? In other news, I've been focusing on getting my dog out regularly (kind of back fires - she knows I'm upset, but doesn't know why, so grumbles and harasses everyone we pass, causing me no small amount of frustration and thus repeating the cycle over and over) and doing my pt exercises for my shoulder (helpful, quick and easy - just what I need). And water when I'm tired of drinking black, or nearly black, coffee, of which I drink way, way too much And trying not to overwork, but it's finally training time (thank god!), so a wee bit of extra work now means I can cut my workload by 2/3rds that much sooner.
