Kails, i think you're already doing much much much better than months ago and perhaps you won't get obsessed, but i still think cycling it the way you are planning is a brilliant idea. Also so much of the yummy stuff.  I need to stop coming here when i am feeling hungry.

Ok.  <pant, pant> I finally caught home.

First off - HOORAY FOR MR. KAILER!!!  So glad that he's home safe and sound!

Second - you're doing great with all your eating.  Your food posts make so hungry!!  I should only be allowed to look at them right after I've eaten!

omg ALL of the yumness! I will definitely be investing in some sort of device to make zoodles when I get back home, those look amazing, and my weakness is most definitely pasta.

You look like things are getting back on track with Mr Kailer in the house and as long as you keep trying to make better choices you are awesome! Also, great idea to do weightloss/maintenance together to keep each other both motivated and sane.

yay!

Thanks for all your kindness everyone!!

There have been lots of "normal" choices this week - I think we are still working on making good choices together instead of validating one another's bad ideas (pizza rolls... ) let's see what I have for food porn today:

I haven't been to the park yet this week, I better go tomorrow so I don't have a goose egg this week!! Also not so hot on waking up and PVP. Week 5 will be weird on scoring because I'm on vacation (we are halfway home to KC as I type this!!) but Week Six will represent the beginning of a long period of normalcy, which will be a good time to refocus. In the meantime, lots of fun, exciting things happening (even if they aren't the fitest :) )

Hello, my beloved Scout and Rebel-type people!!

Quick update: Vacation was awesome, hubby has now left Active Duty and started his first grown-up civilian job, and things have been busy, fat, and happy. Sorry for such a long break, but things have settled down now and I'm ready to start establishing habits again in the new Challenge, which happens to start on the first day of my 26th year, so I'm hoping for some new year's resolution level of motivation :D

Here's the link to the new Challenge!
