Brekketechie
It looks like you've taken some great lessons from this 6 weeks - which really is the point, ins't it? Yay for moderation and flexibility. Both lessons that I need to learn and re-learn. The doctor wants you to know you've done good! Nolondil
Great work for your first challenge! That is plenty of time before the triathlon; the majority of the race will be spent on the bike and the run so you can afford to leave the swim training proper for a bit longer at least. Is it pool-based or open water? Thanks! It'll be open water, and the joys of it being my first tri is that the times aren't very important, my goal will be just to finish it! The next challenge starts in TWO weeks. Normally, it's a week between, but this one stretches. Blaidd is doing a mini-challenge for the Level 1s if you're interested in sticking around!! Congrats on your first challenge. And I think you have good goals roughed out for the next one!I think I'm going to take the two weeks off - I'll carry on running and bodyweighting for now, and I'm going home next week so I'll be trying out the gyms there to start my Stronglifts app, so I can hit the ground running for the next challenge. 1 || Trying to become a hybrid athlete || Instagram: DavidsFitnessAdventure Link to comment

Plenty of lakes down your way that possessions starting around April/May (depending on water temperature) - it also lets you practice taking a wetsuit off quickly when it's wet!
