I got maybe 45% of my workouts in (if I'm being generous) and tracked 8 days out of 6 weeks for my protein intake. Pretty sure I fail. So I'm sitting out this challenge in favor of just figuring out what things are important enough to use in challenges and I've discovered that the less stress is helping. Hit 2 PRS on Friday! A 90lb bench and a 250lb deadlift! Aka A PANDA BEAR! I can deadlift the average panda. Happy Jess. Ps.
