I have 4 weeks on this challenge before I go on holiday to Australia!!!! I can't wait, so I'm doing this challenge as if it's only 4 weeks long, however I will keep up with my diet and fitness whilst on holiday and update this thread when I return home afterwards. Main Quest: Lower Body Fat % - I think I'd like to get down to 18%, but I'll decide as I get closer as I've never even been close to that figure. I'm currently 25.9% (measured by callipers) and will be remeasuring weekly. Quest 1: Continue to weight train 4x per week.Measurement: A = 12, B = 11, C = 10Reward: A = +3 STR, +2 CHA, B = +2 STR, +1 CHA, C = +1 STR Quest 2: Continue Tyrion's journey through Westeros, I am still doing a cardio session at least twice a week and use the bike to warm up and cool down around my weight training but I feel I'll end up slowly reducing how much cardio I'm doing and focus more on the weights, so the goal is lower this challenge, 5km/day.Measurement: A = 140km, B = 120km, C = 100kmReward: A = +3 STA, +2 DEX, B = +2 STA, +1 DEX, C = +1 STA Quest 3: New diet to stick to, I've started it recently and really want to stick with it, I'm following 16/8 fasting and IIFYM style eating, really mostly worried about my protein (1g/lb weight) and eating 90% clean foods with a treat here and there.Measurement: A = 448 hrs fasting, B = 438, C = 428Reward: A = +3 CON, B = +2 CON, C = +1 CON Life Quest: Work towards improving brain power, doesn't matter how it's done, new coding tutorials, building an app, etc anything that I deem working towards feeling more confident getting back to work. I'm finding it really easy as well actually, I started with an 11am-7pm eating window because I don't like eating too late at night, and for the past couple days I've found I can easily save eating for 12, so I have a 7 hour eating window and then if we end up having dinner late one day I don't need to worry about it. And that way my body has a whole 17 hours of fasting to shift some stored fat Well the BCAAs are supposed to prevent muscle breakdown whilst fasted, it's like eating the protein you need without the calories. So I'm not willing to start fasted exercise until it arrives as I'm scared of losing what little muscle I have. Did you do a 24 hour fast in the end? I've done them before but since you're supposed to get good results on 16 hour fasts I don't think I'd do it again. I did a bad! I bought unflavoured BCAA's and they arrived today and it's the most horrible thing EVER!!!!! So I regrouped and bought a flavoured one that's supposed to be nice. I don't even think I can stomach the unflavoured stuff whilst I wait for the delivery of the new stuff... Will have to ebay it I guess but BLEUGH!!!!!
