Overall Grading:

 

  • Body weight workouts three times a week (20 Single leg deadlifts, 10 Diamond Pushups, 10 Straight leg reverse crunches, 10 jumps, 10 inverted body weight rows, 15s plank, 20 jumping jacks - 3x). (3 str, 2 dex) - 50% (C)
  • 45 minutes of Walking/Running 2 times a week. (2 dex, 2 sta) - 50% (C)
  • Floss/Rinse with Listerine every night. Cut out Starbucks. (2 Con, 2 Cha) - 12.5% (F)
  • Read at least 1 chapter of the book I'm working on each day. (2 Wis) (Currently Reading: The Broken Eye by Brent Weeks) - added to 33%, bumped up to 50% just based on the amount of reading I did in the first 3 weeks of the challenge before I couldn't find a new book to get into (C)
