Odango
My favorite thing with almond milk is when I have almond flour as well, and I make paleo pancakes so tasty Coooool! Pancake's one of my favourite snacks for movie nights Yes! I'm not the only one! hehe I know i'm a little late to the party but read your quest and saw the druid tag. I too enjoy yoga, though i've never practiced much. The idea of it intrigues me very much. I have been in need of more people to follow and assist in their challenges and as i said, i loved your quest. Hi Lycansbane! Welcome I'll go read your quest ASAP!About yoga. Many here practice the sun salutations, I do the five Tibetan rites, both are really easy to learn and practice on your own, they are actually very similar. It's a great way to sneak yoga in your everyday life (fantastic as a morning waking up ritual!) and develop your flexibilty, ability to refocus and center yourself, and strengthen deep muscles, especially the core. Look them up, I'm sure you'll love them! Happy to have you as a follower welcome in the family! Odango
So, today was quite productive Went to a Taekwondo class near my house, it was pretty awesome! The warming up consisted of stretches and pretty much the beginner body weight workout there were push ups (first time I am able to complete the push-up sets in a martial art class, so proud! I felt a lot less out of place than in any of my previous experiences! yay!), jumping jacks, plank, squat, lunges... I'm tempted to count it as my BBWW n°2, but I won't! I'll just do three BBWWs this week! Hell yeah! I'm still more attracted by Chinese martial arts (Jackie Chan's sheer awesomeness might have something to do with it...), and I plan on trying out two Kung Fu schools of different styles next week, so hopefully I will find the right place for me and start my monk training by October 1 Dancing Sylph - Level 9 Monk/Druid Former Captain of the Nerdians of the Fitalaxy Current Challenge "E quindi uscimmo a riveder le stelle" - We came forth, and once more saw the stars, Dante Link to comment

Odango
Thank you all!!! It's the best feeling to log in and see all your message WEEK 2 : REPORT #1 Beginner bodyweight workout 3x/week2x/week until October 5th : pass! I did my BBWW yesterday afternoon, those push-ups are still so hard, I think I'm not eating enough proteins and my muscles are having a hard time. I'm pretty happy with myself though because I had almost 3 full workouts with the taekwondo warm up! #2 Five Tibetans yoga exercises every morning7 repetions until October 5th : pass! Still doing them every morning and very happy about it! Sometimes I forget about it and it's when I turn on my PC and read everyone's threads that I remember, "wait! I haven't done my yoga, have I?" so awesome to have this community, haha! #3 Eat cleaner1. One day full paleo per week : pass! pass! pass! pass! pass! (yeah pretty happy about that)2. No alcohol allowed : fail. Didn't see that one coming, maybe that's why I didn't resist? Anyway, yesterday we went out in a really nice goth bar in the vaults of Edinburgh and I got carried away by the music, etc. crappy excuses to say that I drunk a pint of cider. I feel very stupid about this and pretty disappointed in myself Overall : I passed all the hard ones and failed the easy goal... maybe I subconsciously wanted to give myself a prize for completing everything else? I'm not sure but I have decided to give myself a warning I allow myself one more fail in the whole challenge. If I fail even one more, I'll have to learn this choreography, film myself dancing to it and post it here (warning, this is a J-pop video clip): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fxqs-eMcU2o it's mainly the posting that video that's scary... xD Additional goal = eat quality proteins at least twice a day. Not fail/pass, it's more a reminder, if I follow it for at least 6 days a week, I give myself 0.5 bonus. Let's do this!!! Week 3 is going to be fail-free! 1 Dancing Sylph - Level 9 Monk/Druid Former Captain of the Nerdians of the Fitalaxy Current Challenge "E quindi uscimmo a riveder le stelle" - We came forth, and once more saw the stars, Dante Link to comment

She-Hulk
One cider is okay. I mean, you could have really nailed it into the coffin, but you didn't. It's hard when we feel like we failed based on our own decisions, but it's okay. Just don't dwell on it, it's done, you regret it, move on. You could have made worse decisions, ya know?
