Wednesday, Day 17

 

SUPERNATURAL IS BACK!

Just finished S10E01... and how I have to wait another week? Gnah!

 

No workout today, but therefore had a healthy food day.  Edit: Felt bad after posting this, so did 3x BBWW! BOOM!

 

Made 1-ingredient banana ice cream which was healthy and delicious (esp if you add Nutella as a secret second ingredient, haha) and for dinner we had zucchini pasta with cauliflower bolognese.. Both are in fact totally paleo and vegan (apart from the parmesan I couldn't help but sprinkling on top...  :nevreness: )

Thursday, Day 18

 

Not going to the pool with the kids tomorrow so went for a swim today. It was pretty full, but the sync swimming team was training in the other half of the pool so there was music under water. Michael Jackson, no less.

Saturday, Day 20

 

I did 5 reps of the Dauntless workout followed by 30 counter pushups. Thanks again to @CoderGatherer for sharing this amazing site!

 

This one really got me sweating. Man, burpees and I are not tight.

 

But definitely feel a bit more bad-ass today!

Beginning of my week 4, TIME TO LEVEL UP!

 

Here is my goal mathematicses:

 

1. Goal allocation:
   1. Body: 3x bodyweight workout =  2 STR, 1 CON
   2. Heart: 1x swimming per week (50mins) = 2 STA, 1 DEX
   3. Mind: 60mins meditation per week = 2 WIS, 1 CHA
   
2. Mid Challenge Summary:
   1. Body: 3x bodyweight workout =  A (100%)
   2. Heart: 1x swimming per week (50mins) = B (80%)
   3. Mind: 60mins meditation per week = B (80%)
 
3. Challenge allocation (as per original challenge):
   1. Body: 3x bodyweight workout =  2 STR, 1 CON
   2. Heart: 1x swimming per week (50mins) = 2 STA 
   3. Mind: 60mins meditation per week = 2 WIS
 
4. Mini Quest Points:

Didn't manage to get in all my meditation time last week and also couldn't always stay in the water for the full 50 mins because of closing time, so gave myself a B on those two, but still.. Feels gooooood!

Tuesday, Day 23

 

Today, I surprised myself and spontaneously signed up to a Street Dance class this morning, which then took place right this evening... and I had SO MUCH FUN!

 

One step closer to being able to bust some awesome moves! I'm so excited.

Wow!! You're kicking ass! These workouts are mean!

I hate mountain climbers, it's just like burpees (ok, burpees are even worse) I want to kill the person who invented them every time I try xD so, huge respect for you!! But hey, I'm talking to the girl who does the pyramid workouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut!!!!!!!
