Heya, I know I am late into this challenge, but I want to begin right away. A little about me...I have been dieting since I was 10 years old. (22 now). I have tried everything from not eating to the grapefruit diet and I have reached a point where I am tired of failing. I am a rather petite woman, 5'3, 125lbs, with that awful awful awful tummy gut. So..


My Main Quest is to have 18% body fat.


Quest 1: Perform cardio workout for 30 minuets, 5 days a week. I just hate working out. Full time college student, full time employee....last thing I want to do is workout. (But no excuses, right?!)


Quest 2: Drink 3 16oz of water every day. I don't drink soda, but I do drink a lot of coffee and a lot of juice. Swapping those out.


Quest 3: Eat 6 times a day. This includes going for a cup of coffee. Not going over 1200 calories. My main food issue is that my relationship to food is awful. Either I starve myself, or I binge. A semi-strict food plan 


Life Quest: Learn to cook one new recipe! I hate cooking, mostly because I can't do it.


Motivation: I want to be super sexy and super strong. Also, I am thru-hiking the Appalachian trail in 2015. I need to be in the best shape!
