Protein goal hit

A small woot over here. I've started lifting recently and do bodyweight stuff already but I really struggle to get enough protein. I'm vegetarian and don't eat a lot of pulses etc normally. I've been working hard on my diet, subbing in healthy protein filled foods instead of carby or sugary rubbish. Today with a bit of help from a protein shake I hit my daily protein goal for the first time ever. It has not been easy. Step by step I create the strong body I want.

Thank god for Greek yogurt.

Getting good protein intake is hard even when you're not a vegetarian, let me tell you. Congrats on making it for the first time, and keep it up!
