Starting over with not really a clean slate. 36 years old, 235 pounds, married to a beautiful woman, father to a wonderful baby girl. All journeys begin somewhere, so here is as good a place as any.

Workout after work today, anxious/excited to jump into it. Went to chiropractor last night for a pain in my back, turns out I had two ribs out. Go figure, I thought I had just pulled a muscle. Note to self: we can always become stronger and less fragile, but we are above all else a work in progress. Take your time and listen to what your body is telling you for once!

 

Breakfast:
