Jhonny (late to the party - starting at week 4)

Hi Guys. I am a bit late to the party. I actually just found about nerd fitness 4 days ago and loved the site. 

Background:

I am actually a nerd from India(didn't find any other Indians on the forum.am definitely going to tell some of my friends). My job makes me work around 12 hours a day hence have been mostly tied to a desk. I had been becoming lethargic and gaining large amounts of weight(love pizzas- consuming them 3-4 times a week). Around 8 months back I thought enough was enough and started changing my lifestyle. I was around 178 pounds. I have changed my diet(haven't touched fast food in 2 months and planning to consume sparingly) and consuming home cooked meals for my 3 major meals. I do exercise but not regularly.sometimes go for a slow jog for around 15 minutes or do body weight exercises. Now I weigh 167 pounds. I would love your inputs and support on my journey in nerd fitness.

 

Main Quests(I KNOW THEY ARE A BIT TOO FAR FETCHED BUT STILL....)

Goal 1: Strength

(i) 100 one arm pushups

(ii)100 one leg squats

(iii)one arm pullups - no idea how tough they are hence don't want to quantify it right now

(iv)hanging knee raises- 50(I think I should get decent abs with it)

(v)one arm headstand pushups - 10

 

Goal 2: Stamina

Perform an ironman

 

Goal 3: Weigh under 132 lb

 

I can have 3 main quests right??

 

Life quest: clear the examination for which I am preparing for(civil services)

 

So right now my miniquests for the two weeks are(Couldn't divide it into 3):

Miniquest 1: 70 kneeling pushups divided into 2 sets(right now I can do 50)

Miniquest 2: 40 full squats divided into 2 sets(right now I can do 30)

Miniquest 3: 15 leg raises(right now I can do 10)

Miniquest 4: run for 10 minutes continuously

does an assassin suit me better?? or a warrior or scout? It is confusing me. What do you guys suggest?

Day 1:

knee pushups: 25x2

full squats: 2x15

leg raises 11(screwed my form in the 12th attempt)
