No points will be awarded, and you're welcome to participate or not. It really is just so that we have something to do until the next challenge begins. This is open to anyone in any guild who is looking for something to do. Everyday for the next 10 days, I'm going to give you a little challenge to do throughout the day. All exercises will be something you can do anywhere and you can elect to do whichever, none or all of the exercises. You can do them in as many sets as you'd like, any style that your comfortable with and at any point in your day. Amdhiel Posted October 27, 2014 Report Share Posted October 27, 2014 This will be easy... my YAYOG workout for today is push tabatas so 20 sec work and 10 sec break for 4 minutes of waist height push ups... there will be way more than 20. I'm going to aim for at least 8/round (12/round is the goal) and will edit with the deets tonight. Plus some tricep-dips from the couch, and some sit-ups because I was bored. I had originally planned this as a rest day after my trip, and I certainly didn't do any kind of intense workout, but I just felt like I had to do something... "You are what you do.
