Well today I rode my bike to work and back. Oh I also got a new job! Yay! That's 3.8 miles of cycling.

 

I also did some yoga and stretches. Something I've been neglecting lately, but no more!

 

Oh and I did the first workout in Darabee's Foundation workout plan. I only got to level 1, but hey that's better than nothing *shrug*

I didn't know how many of each exercise to do, so I just did 10 of each. So that's:

* 30 step jacks

* 30 side jacks

* 30 march jacks

* 30 side leg raises

 

All in all not a bad day for training :D

Second workout of the Foundations plan completed! These workouts look really easy on paper but end up being pretty challenging. I'm really enjoying them :)

 

Level 1 workout:

30 half squats

30 reverse lunges

30 lunge step ups

30 arm raises

30 raised arm circles

3 raised arm holds for 30 sec

 

Time to reward myself with some paleo pumpkin pancakes. I just found the recipe on Pinterest! :D

I'll be honest, I really hate all the exercises in today's workout. I also felt like crap the whole day because I think I might be fighting a cold. So I only did a third of the workout. It sucks and I'm awful but I did.

I have completed 4 workouts of the Rebel Fitness Rookie routine. 

 

So sore, but so happy.

2 sets of 10 lunges

2 sets of one arm dumbbell row with one 10 lb dumbbell

Skipped the 10 minute cardio session and instead lifted without rest
