I also did some yoga and stretches. Something I've been neglecting lately, but no more! Oh and I did the first workout in Darabee's Foundation workout plan. I only got to level 1, but hey that's better than nothing *shrug*I didn't know how many of each exercise to do, so I just did 10 of each.
