OMG I just Saw Star Wars: The Force Awakens!!!!!!

How am I going to wait like 2 years before the next film comes out? 

 

 

 

Oh yeah, Hawaii was nice. Caught a cold. And will begin running again as soon army lungs aren't full of gunk.

Holy mac'n'cheese my life has been crazy. I've been to Hawaii, survived bronchitis, went to San Antonio, TX, and am getting ready to go back to work.

 

I have not gone running or lifted weights in like a month. Meh.

 

But I haven't gained any weight. My morning weigh-in was 150, so there are zero complaints from me. Eating moderately well has certainly helped.

 

Having to get myself back into a work out rhythm. I want to start with running 3 days a week and go from there.

 

Also, all my novel edits are due to my free-lance editor by 1/31. AHHH!

Happy 2016! It's so awesome how much stuff you've been up to :D And super awesome you haven't gained any weight. So exciting about the novel, too!! Glad you checked in, hope to see you around here more often :D

 

Thanks Raxie! It's definitely a mental game at this point. I have got to figure out ways to get my brain to be back into the habit of working out.

 

Next week is my busiest of the Year, so once i survive that, I'll have a bit more brain space for getting back into my healthy habits. :)

I need to improve my sleep. I'm getting around 8 hours a night and am still tired. I think it must be sleep quality. Any ideas, nerds? Have y'all tried things to help your sleep quality?

When I got a Fitbit it told me that I was getting much less than I thought, so I've been trying to set a bedtime routine. I have an alarm that goes off at a certain time on a school night to remind me to start heading bed-ward if I'm not already.
