Hey guys! I'm sorry for my long absence but I'm back. I will update the weeks on how I did because I did keep track... I just... Felt weird. And sad. I was ill for the first couple of days, but then later I heard terrible news in the family that a newborn has died. I'm not going into a lot of details here but for that family it is not the first unlucky thing to happen. It's just so heartbreakingly sad... I have been amidst that, and also sharing anxious feelings with another pregnant family member that is now terrified of something happening to her child aswell.

It makes me so sad to type this here argh

Im sure you feel it too, but there just isnt words for something like that. I'm saddened for their loss. Sounds like they need some real life angels right now.

Thanks for checking in and glad you got over that cold!

Thanks for all your sympathies and being as understanding as you are <3

Just a happy update today went great! I actually did the climbing workout before going to work which made me feel like some kind of super person! It also kicked off the day in such a way that I'm happy and energetic and just feeling great!

Do you guys feel the same or do you like evening workouts better?

Morning workouts suck. It takes a while for my brain and my joints to wake up so I'm an uncoordinated mess in the morning. :) So skill work and/or high impact is out. It can feel really good afterwards though!

Totally love love love morning workouts. I've always been an early morning person (as in before the sun rises even). I took zero hour classes in high school, all my college classes were usually from 7am if I could help it, participated in crew with 5am practice, and currently go to Crack of Dawn yoga at 6:30am. If I could do it every day I would!

It helps me focus on just the workout too. No to-dos yet, no problems to solve, no food to worry about prepping or eating yet. Just my body and me.

Glad that you enjoyed a change of pace and had so much happy throughout your day!
