Main Quest: Get down to 13% body fat.*


 


How are you going to achieve that?


  • Body weight workouts three times a week (20 Single leg deadlifts, 10 Diamond Pushups, 10 Straight leg reverse crunches, 10 jumps, 10 inverted body weight rows, 15s plank, 20 jumping jacks - 2x). (3 str, 2 dex)
  • 45 minutes of Walking/Running 3 times a week. (2 dex, 2 sta)
  • Diet change (back to Paleo-esque - I still do light carbs, but I'm going to be tracking everything with MFP). (2 Con, 2 Cha)

 


Life Quests


  • Household Cleanliness: Keeping things clean, especially my desk. Folding Laundry right after coming out of the dryer (bad about this) and eliminating dust and dirt. (2 Wis)

I did, but not until after the last challenge. Funny part is that I sat down with my wife and we mapped out our Finances.... That changed the entire perspective.

Day 1:

Did not do any workouts.


Did not walk/run.


Tracked all food intake; was under the calorie goal by 220, unfortunately I was way over on my carb intake (I'm shooting for less than 20%, yesterday was 56%).  I was also over the sugar goal.


 


Life Quest


 


Picked up kids toys and got them put away, this is pretty much a daily struggle. Day 2: Folding Laundry or Sweeping before working out.

Someone pointed out to me last challenge that cottage cheese is kind of magic for adding protein (if you eat dairy). Almonds are useful too...between the protein and the fat they are good for making you feel full.

 

Cottage Cheese would be good, unfortunately I miss out on adding protein from the entire milk family (Lactose Intolerant).

I know how much gaming can kill... well everything, especially if you don't plan around it. Master Chief Collection + brand new Surface Pro 3 have kind of killed my stuff randomly. Just try to make a game plan, maybe set that you can only play if you achieve certain things, etc.

1.5 hrs up and down stairs cleaning the upstairs and storing things in the basement.
