Bench Press 20kg x10 30kg x5 42.5kg x10 42.5kg x9 42.5kg x6 42.5kg x5 (It was supposed to be 3 sets of 10 but I started feeling too hungry and my performance decreased drastically after a while. It didn't help much that I got an unsolicited spotter and lost the mindgame too.) Pause Squat 20kg x5 (I forgot to pause literally) 40kg x5 52.5kg x4 (It was supposed to be 2 sets of 10 but I was so hungry by then and when the next song started to play at the gym, instead of getting more motivated I went "f*ck it!" and reracked the bar. The song was Eye of the Tiger btw. ) 52.5kg x1 (Nope, I was done, didn't even try for a second. I just left for home.) Also, I didn't lift for a week. I had to take a work trip.
