(It was supposed to be 3 sets of 10 but I started feeling too hungry and my performance decreased drastically after a while. It didn't help much that I got an unsolicited spotter and lost the mindgame too.)

Also, I didn't lift for a week. I had to take a work trip. I' doing one more session this week and then I'll start again fresh.
