This session, bench aside, was a disaster. I was supposed to fly back to Berlin on Friday night, get a full night's sleep and then go to the gym. Instead my flight was cancelled and I was given two options. One was to fly at 6:20 in the morning and then other one to fly a bit after 3pm. I opted for the 6:20 flight (meaning I got about four and a half hours of sleep) before the flight. Then I tried to sleep a bit more when I got home and went to the gym at around 2pm still feeling groggy. If I'd taken the late flight I wouldn't be at the gym on time to lift, since it would close at 6pm. I guess better a bad workout than no workout. That was session 1 of the "missed" week. I'm doing session 2 tonight and then I'm starting this week's training on Wednesday.
