Carrie Posted October 23, 2011 Report Share Posted October 23, 2011 I'm a newb here, so this is my first challenge, and it's just the motivation I need to get back on track after a vacation!Health goals:1) Run 5k+ 2 times per week - tracked via Runkeeper2) Kickboxing 1x per week3) Take at least 13,000 steps per day (not including running steps). Currently averaging about 10,000 (as per my Fitbit), so I want to "step" it up a little more. 4) Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night. I'm a night owl, but I'm going to attempt sleep before midnight on weekdays. Will track through my Fitbit.5) Use my new kettlebells regularly and effectively. Aiming for twice per week.Life goals:1) Re-organize my home. I have way too much stuff and need to simplify. I want to move in the next 6 months, so it would be great to be rid of unnecessary junk. 6-week challenge Link to comment
