Lost track of time with everything that has been happening lately. One missed week isn't so bad though.Back on the horse.Current diet plan:Modified primal/paleo meal to exclude all fruits and include dairy. Very vegetable filled but no root vegetables. High fat or high protein.Goal: 40% of calories from protein or 50% of calories from (mostly) unprocessed fat sources. Cheese and butter being exclusions to the unprocessed bit. Yesterday's meal:Grilled chicken breast, creamed spinach...fried okra, a wheat roll, and blackberry cobbler.Was doing pretty good till those last few. I'm hoping to stick with these goals better than I have in previous challenges and now that things are finally starting to calm down a bit hopefully I can. It was very good.For some reason today I weigh 192.3 lbs and this is very disappointing.Squashbrowns for breakfast today too. They are just as good the next day. Maybe even tastier.
