Work, life, etc. etc. etc. remained normal, I basically stopped playing the fitness portion of the game of life for a while.  Well, Hello Boys, I'm BAAAACK!

 

Back to basics, killing rats in the sewer. 

 

I don't have much in the way of goals, just the basics.

 

Food diary

 

Intermittent Fasting twice a week

 

Workout 3x week - free weights, pullups, and sprints

 

Walk dog 10x week (morning and evening everyday - all weather - keeps the dog happy)

 

If I do that, I'm halfway to the next level.  Might as well sign up for the next challenge when it goes live as well.

 

Might as well Go Right again.
