Hello, Rebels!  I'm a high-school teacher, and my work hours have not been kind to me lately.  I'm going to be respawning, this time with a few changes:

 

1) I'm going back to building up my daily recruit workout.  After a while, doing that workout just got boring, and the time I was putting in didn't seem worth the effort--but if I start small again, I can build up, and in the meantime look for more varied ways of working out!

 

2) Once I've built up my recruit workout, I'm going to start finding places to go running.  And I'm going to go run.

 

3) I'm going to put together a playlist of awesome workout songs.

 

4) Every time I go out to eat with friends, I'm going to order coffee instead of dessert.  And every time I do that successfully, I'm going to buy another awesome song to add to my awesome workout playlist.

 

I think this is a much better place to start than where I was last time.  I'm looking forward to this!
