Disclaimer/Warning: I forgot to mention in my intro that I'm a huge fan of Dwarf Fortress, so for those unlucky few (hopefully) who have no idea what all that was about, here you go. Don't worry, you can thank/curse me later, after you've had some fun. Speaking of, this will be the place to come join me as I have my very own personal sort of fun, mainly in building a stronger, better, dwarf. 11 Moonstone 2014: My fortress currently has a rather lacklustre training area consisting of only a barbell and some weights. Until time and funds allow this to be remedied, I will have to stick to my previous regimen of bodyweight training (or choking zombies, as we dwarves prefer to call it). Since my surroundings are woefully underpopulated when it comes to zombies, however, I have instead chosen to follow the program found on http://www.startbodyweight.com/. Though should you get hooked, please don't blame me too much for destroying any free time you might have. Just remember, losing is fun! Like your entire party getting killed by giant carp moments after embarking. That's one thing lifting has in common, I suppose. Losing, as in failing a weight, is fun, in that it gives you a goal, something to crush and overcome. I had about as much volume at that point as I've been having at 155, which strengthens my hypothesis that what I need is more reps at lower weights to work on that form.Starting to not love cleans, though.
