Todays workout 10min rope jumping Handstand push ups: 5x3 Close grip pull ups +4kg: 4x3, 1x1 Pistols: 3x5 I'm not sure about the form of the handstand push ups. Need to improve that. In the evening I went squashing for a hour. Todays workout: 10min rope jumping pseudo planche push ups 11, 11, 8, 11, 9, 1 (the last rep was only so I did one more than last time) close grip chin up laders 2x1-4, 3x1-3 My current challenge My workout log Link to comment

I haven't used my computer for a while and then our wlan crashed.week 3: good week but I already posted everything I did here.week 4: I can't remember much except that I did my first doubel under and managed 13 consectuive cross jumps.week 5: I slacked of over the week but got back into it on the weekend with squashing and burpees. I realy like burpees. Not actually doing them but having done them. My friends make fun of them (and sometimes of me) since they saw me doing them at the side of the street, but I still like them. Thanks! I've already seen that video but couldn't find it again. I think I should try the hindu variation out.We did rope jumping in school again and I have the problem that my feet always hurt. When I started jumping six weeks ago I thought the pain would go away when my feet get stronger, but I can't feel any improvement yet. My current challenge My workout log Link to comment

Spartiat Posted December 2, 2011 Author Report Share Posted December 2, 2011 Thanks a lot everyone! @ETFnerd I've played Badminton for four years but I don't know how that compares to tennis since the ball is much lighter (but flies faster). I did the first set with my right side and from then on alternated them with every set, so I don't think it makes much of a difference. My current challenge My workout log Link to comment
