1st Quest

I've decided to take the Quest/6 week challenge thingamajiggy. My goal is to drop from the current 260 lbs to 245 lbs. In order to do this I am going to:

1. Discontinue any relationship I've had with fast food and those types of food i.e. pizza, fries, burgers, Mexican food and dairy, which I eat very little dairy as is.

2. I am going to use the gym membership I purchased but have yet to use since purchasing it a month ago.

3. Get up an hour earlier in the morning to facilitate the gym workouts a minimum of 3 times a week.


Not sure what else I was supposed to put on here, but I want to believe I am committed to these next 6 weeks of developing, instituting and erecting within some new and healthy habits.
