My main goal is to stay "sane" for the next two weeks between challenges.

 

To acheive this goal, I'm going to:

 

  •      Take my medication daily.
  •      Not take on any extra projects.
  •      Feed my spirit daily.
  •      Attend my addiction recovery program on Thursdays.
  •      Attend church on Sundays.
  •      15 minutes of grounding meditation every day.

Yesterday I remembered to take my medication.  I kinda went overboard with the daily stuff, though, and took on more than I could handle.  I did "feed my spirit" yesterday, reading scriptures and remembering to pray.  I didn't have an addiction recovery group yesterday (it was Monday) nor church, for the same reason.  I forgot to do meditation.

A year from now, you may wish you had started today.
