To acheive this goal, I'm going to: Take my medication daily. Not take on any extra projects. Feed my spirit daily. Attend my addiction recovery program on Thursdays. I kinda went overboard with the daily stuff, though, and took on more than I could handle. I did "feed my spirit" yesterday, reading scriptures and remembering to pray. I didn't have an addiction recovery group yesterday (it was Monday) nor church, for the same reason. I forgot to do meditation. Quote A year from now, you may wish you had started today.
