Wednesday. Skipped morning because I woke up just in time to leave for work and then immediately get pulled over by the cops. 15 minutes late for work. Evening horizontal. Ramped to 4x3 then a high rep set. Supersetted paused rows during the ramp, but realized that my hams were still shot. Flapped the scaps instead. I don't seems to be getting much effect out of the paused rows anymore. Time to switch it up.

Thursday. Morning highbar for a lone high rep set. Hamstrings are still bad. Evening vertical. Coracobrachialis is touchy during OHP.

I blended apple-melon flavored whey isolate with creatine, arginine and glutamine. Then I put it in the freezer with a few fresh ripe hawaiian mangoes I got from work. After the final pullup, I chopped it up and blended it together. Post workout hydration/nutrition? Or blissplosion from mouth to stomach? Can't decide the correct label.

Friday. Morning frontsies up to a quick 5rep. Evening horizontal volume. Bench 20 rep pr, rows switched to single dumbbell after paused barbell running out of steam. The dumbbell was still setup from Sam Ashen's visit.

Coworkers love outcasting and scapegoating me. I don't want to, but I have nothing left but to hate them for it. I wish I hadn't wasted 6 years of my life trying to make that place work. I feel stupid for trying for so long. I have had more than enough data to tell me that it was a bad investment from early on. 

 

I named my Jolteon: 'Pikachu', to fuck with the kids who fight over the brewery PokeGym across the street. I felt like naming all my fighting pokemon 'Pikachu', but I had to name my Dragonite: 'Donald Trump'. So that lead to my Vaporeon being 'Pool Fart'  and my Pigeot being 'Red Eyebrows'. I'm staring at my Weepinbell and I want to name it 'DiscardCondom', but I don't want to get banned.

Tuesday. Morning frontsies for an 8rep pr x3! Evening horizontal. 4rep pr for bench (+5lb) and some quality single arm row volume. Closed with dumbbell bench because Sam Ashen's workout made me realize that it make the clavs feel way better. It's been so long, massive pr on that. Paired it with some flappy scappy.
