Carbed up with shredded spicy BBQ chicken and rice while watching Jurassic World. A bunch of shit happens to random people, with dinosaurs! Ate some more after this. Frosted flakes.

Paused rows feel great and effective. I'll do more of those.

Haha. Stop trying to figure it out, you'd be missing the point. There are only two truly safe characters in that line up anyway. 

 

That being said, some characters/actors make more sense to kill off than others. 

 

Abraham. Exhausted comic's canon material; his time is ticking. Can't (re)invent the character like Carol and Daryl. Can't waste the quality actor by putting the character on status quo. We recently witnessed a peak in facetime, character range, and hopefulness. 

 

Honorable mentions... 

 

Tara. Expendable. No canon. 

 

Sasha. No canon. Death would extend Abraham's character. 

 

Maggie. Recently peaked. Glen to replace her canon role. Actress wanted to quit before. 

 

Eugene. Peaked. Canon nearly exhausted. 

 

Rosita. Expendable.

And the point is one thing, but there's still a likely major character death happening.

I suspect Abraham or Glenn/Daryl just for the shock value.

Norman is getting his own show on amc. Consolation for loss of job? Or bonus for signing on for more seasons? 

 

Glenn would be a giant fuck you. They've been playing with the expectation of his death for so long. Having Neegan kill him in that scene would be a disappointment, especially because he hasn't gotten recent screen time.

Yeah, both of those were my reasoning. Abe cause he was supposed to die the way Denise did, but they spared him. Glenn cause of the comics. And Daryl because of Ride and just cause it would be a HUGE shock

Monday. Morning lazy pullups. Heavy bench, working post hiatus rep PRs. Spoto press for the first time, jury is still out on that one. Full hanging leg raises with pullup bar and barbell in position to support the torso forward. I'll pair that with bench day more often; super easy setup. Frontsquats for a couple rep PRs.

Tuesday.

 

Still a fatass from this weekend. Right kneecap resting on a salad of gummy worms where my meniscus is supposed to be. That was from the hike the previous weekend.

 

Morning pullups. Big DL 7rep PR. Not post hiatus, it is a true PR. Wimped out on shovels. Pushing 155 frontsquat beyond widowmaker standards. Too much time spent on computer games. Tired. Done.

As I finished my deadlifts last night, it was fun to think about a year and a half ago when I pulled 385 for the first time. I took a video and was super proud of the lift. I showed as many people as I could. A bit before that, I pulled 370 which at the time was double my bodyweight. I posted in the woot room with a bunch of 'double' images.

Thursday. Morning pullups. OHP while I was dozing off after I got home. Skipped one OHP set, accessories, abs, and frontsquats. Probably a good idea to skip squats here and there as my knee is still a big pile of garbage right now.

Saturday night fasted workout. Paused rows added 1 rep per set and a bonus set. I love the feel of these. Pullups and Abs warrior challenge supersets; lower abs seizing up. Weakness found! Highbar to finish, single amrap set to protect knee.

Sunday. Short on time, sleep, and knee health, so bench press only! Went heavy. This is a PR of sorts. I never lifted 285 more than a single single, and never while under 203 bodyweight. But I won't report to the lifting leader boards because I expect more gains soon. Also, 235x7 is a post-hiatus PR. 

 

The bench progression in the last few weeks has looked awfully like 5/3/1 on hard mode. After today's satisfying singles, I think my next session will warm up to a 6-10 rep PR, followed by 15+ rep volume.  I need to up work capacity to get enough heavy (5-3 rep)  volume to push the max weight even further.

Monday. Called in sick due to having massive leg cramps below the knees. I think every muscle below the knees were cramping. The tops and bottoms of my feet too. So sore. Didn't workout obviously. After eating way too little and playing computer games, I went to sleep at 3pm and didn't wake up until 615am Tuesday morning.

 

I played around with imo syrup and protein powders again. Got close to something like a typical imo syrup bar on one of the attempts.

Tuesday. Back at it with morning pullups. Evening deadlifts failed to progress my previous 385x7 into a projected 405x5. Bailed on abs

challenge super-duperset due to laziness time. Quick frontsquats for a new 10rep pr that was overambitiously intended to go to 12-14 reps. Core was too trashed. 

 

BW = 193 (I thought it would be worse)

Hellos! (multiple hello) 

 

The dust and smoke has cleared a bit, and my knee is clicking! Also feels weak on the front inside. It felt like it wanted to cave inward on deadlifts and Shovel DLs last night. Looking at it, it is still fatter than the other knee.
