Busy at work in the afternoon, and did not drink like I should have. Felt very "snacky" as a consequence. Caught up later in the evening.Goal 2: At least five minutes of pre-hab/re-hab per day, using The Stick and the foam roller. 2/7 for the week. Forgot. Won't happen again this week. Earth:Goal 3: At least two days per week of lifting heavy iron in the gym. 2/2. (Another, less well earned) rest day. Thursday and Friday evenings are busy around my house, as my wife teaches dance those nights, and I feed kids and play chauffeur. Metal:Goal 4: At least two times per week, twenty minutes or more of metabolic conditioning. 1/2. (Another) rest day. I didn't have to break out the alternative transportation:It went down to -1 up here in the northeast this week for a few days, and the next day I was so excited it was 28 degrees I called it balmy. I sip on my water bottle throughout the day at work, but for some reason it's not as habitual when I'm at home. Eating is harder, too, because I tend to sleep in so my meal schedule gets thrown out of whack. I only deadlift once per week. I wish I could do more, but it is such a whole-body effort that I can't recover from more than that.
