Get back in the habit of daily exercising10,000 steps every single dayYoga every single day (even if it's just 5 minutes)2. Start eating betterI will use emeals for meal planning for dinners; less eating out or ordering pizzaI will be smarter about snacks and drinking on the weekends, no more candy except dark chocolateDrink a glass of water when I feel snacky during the day3. Jump rope (I know this is also exercising, but it's more involved, so it's its own goal)Week 1: 5 minutes per dayWeek 2: traveling and will be walking a tonWeek 3: 8 minutes per dayWeek 4: 10 minutes per dayWeek 5: 12 minutes per dayWeek 6: 15 minutes per dayI'm going to try to do the jump roping all at once, but might have to break it up into smaller chunks for the later weeks. On the 10th of this month, we're going to Disneyland.
