For the record, it's not that bad - 49 a day or something like that, or 10 sets of 10 every other day. And they don't have to be all done at the same time. So, you could do 15 when you get up, 15 before lunch, and 15 before dinner and you'd finish ahead of the game. Details/Disclaimer:You can do whatever variation of the burpee you want, to match your fitness level. Also, Don't overdo it, if you feel you might hurt yourself, there's no shame in bowing out.
