Max reps of air squats in 2 minutes Max reps of full hand release pushups in 2 min not sure what the winner will get, but this will help us gauge where we are at with our SPEED. If you can't do hand release, do hand release on knees. what do you think? Do we do the push ups immediately after the squats, or is there a rest period?As for a group name, after reading Crossfit Drywall (NWFS), I like WODomizers. Link to comment
