Overall goal - increase strength and endurance so I can do a Tough Mudder in Sept/Oct. 6 week challenge Quest - Fitocracy's Athena Reborn

 

 

To achieve godhood:

1. Squat 3 times a week. Or (e.g., travel), 3x20 bodyweight squats plus 3 sets bulgarian split squats.   

2. Bench or 3x8 push-ups 2x a week.  

2. Macros: +-10g at least 5 days every week.

    May adjust macros after a week of adherence, based on workouts and belly (see #3). 

3. Sleep at least 8 hours a night, at least 5 nights a week. 

 

Went to the gym Satyrday and today and had a great workout. Today: squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, lat pulldowns. No PRs, but solid workout. Also showed a girl how to do overhead press with 20 pound fixed-weight bar.
