Since you mentioned spaghetti squash, this is one of my favorite ones!

That is pretty cool! I have seen various alternative crusts, but never spaghetti squash! I've tried cauliflower rice and once it was great and the other time it was repulsive.

Total lots: -0.5 pounds

 

That is not LOST .5 pounds... TOTAL is up .5 pounds.  I am not rightly sure HOW it happened, as I have been tracking food and have been ok.  I was very upset about it... but did go back and also check my body fat% since the start, and it was down a little... so... I am hoping it is a temporary thing, or a muscle>fat thing.  *sigh*  Sorry if I throw off our numbers and lose out lead over team #1!

 

Lets all have a better to week #4, eh?

Week 3 weight checkin in: up 2 lbs

Total lots: -0.5 pounds

 

That is not LOST .5 pounds... Sometimes most times scales lie.  Mine is actually currently existing in two alternate realities.  It's a strange phenomenon I've not witnessed before.  But it seems my scale has me on two trajectories, luckily both going down, that are a few pounds apart.  I get one once and it has me a few pounds lower than I know I am so I try again, then it's back up a little higher than I expect.  So I track both numbers.  Who knows.  Next day, it does the same thing but each number is a tiny bit less than before.  My only theory is it depends on which universe I am in...   Blah.  

 

I was thinking about my dependence on the Scale Number and I realized that it's not so much that I care what I weigh... I know I am going down, get slimmer, stronger, whatever.  But its my GRAPH.  I love my graph.  If I don't know what I weigh on a particular day then I don't know what to put on my graph and that makes me an unhappy grapher.  I really like graphs...  :playful:

My first fitness tracker was a Bodymedia (armband) one. When agonizing over which to choose my husband looked at me and said "which one gives you more graphs and data".  I answered the Bodymedia.  He said "Get that one.  You know you want the pretty graphs to over analyze.".  He knows me to well, and was correct.  So, I completely understand the graph love!  *chuckle*
