Pullup (AMRAP) Leaderboard

I've kind of got myself hooked on these body weight goals lately.  Does that mean I am at risk of becoming an Assassin?!

  • 8 strict pull-ups.

Time to make a goal of 10 for the end of next challenge.  Maybe 12, even.

Now that the Assassin's mini-challenge is over, it's time to update my max:

 

Male

146lb/66.2kg

16 pullups

Currently I can only do 3 (female, 55 kg). The maximum I got up to last year when I was obsessed with training pull-ups was 8 (6 strict form). It's depressing how rapidly I've gone downhill after neglecting fitness for a year!

I will need my name changed as well, but I will wait until I beat my former self. Until then, I will have to sit here and watch as this cmwanderin punk takes credit for my feat. Motivation is a b... wait, that's not right...

Haven’t done any strength training for about 3 months :nevreness: because I was lazy, sick and it is summer in Perth WA (heatwave of 42 degrees Celsius this week)  hahaha

I have lost some mass as I used to weigh about 84kg

Anyway here is my first try score:

Male

80.5kg/178.5lbs

12 perfect form pull ups

Yet. Interact more with people, so the forum knows who you are. You can participate, your name just won't appear on the leaderboard until you've established yourself a bit.
