Pullup (AMRAP) Leaderboard

I actually get to write something here! (next goal: moar pull-ups, muscle ups, levers)

After reading all the notes about what constitutes a proper pull-up my note is: each of these is done after lowering all the way down to a dead hang and then reengaging my shoulders. I do this to train and strengthen my shoulders - getting them used to this motion protects me during climbing.
