Hi! My name is Alex (well, actually, it's Aleksandra, but I like Alex better) and I'm Polish. My goal is to lose 40lbs (once I've done it, I'm hoping to get super buff). I know it's going to be difficult but I'm gonna try as hard as I can. I've been following the paleo diet for two weeks now and I'm doing the beginner's body weight workout every other day. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
