My 2015 Goals:


 


Strength: 


Keep progressing In Convict Conditioning


Squat the Cards.


Pack of 10


Pack of 30

Flexibility:


To have started a flexibility program


Once I know how flexible I am I will edit this and put in my felexibility goals


 


Stamina:


Start to learn Free Running


Be able to swim fast enough to qualify as a life guard


 


Money:


To have started my KIte Surfing School and be earning a small wage from it.


 


KIte Surfing:


By the End of 2015 I want to be completely over my wrist injury and pulling off:


Back Mobes


BIG Loops


Comfortable in Big waves


Be able to pop happily switch and regular


Lang almost anything to "Blind"


 


Social:


Start and maintain a monthly boardgames night


Join a club (fitness related)


Not to get teased at the Pool by old ladies because I am out of breath.
