Pull up bar

I just bought a Golds Gym "door gym trainer" it lets you do different kinds of pull ups and chin ups, as well as a lower door position which allows for sit-ups, and a floor position which allows for all kinds of other exercises. I'm still a beginner when it comes to exercising (I can't quite do a pull-up). Does anyone know a good routine that makes use of this kind of bar. It was a bit of an impulse buy, cause I want to work up to doing pull ups, but till I'm at that point I don't want it to go to waste.

I use the lower one (the one for sit ups) for inverted rows. MIne you can adjust where to place that bar, and I placed it in a good spot for my rows. You can also just do deadhangs from the pull up bar.
