Dawsy's 28 day challenge

Ok, so Trailwalker is getting close, I've got a 50km training hike to do on July 7th and the City2Surf 14km run to do a month later. It's time to get serious. Here are the goals that will get me over the line(s):

1. Drop from 88kg to 83kg (if I can make it all the way to 80kg, then I get bonus points).

2. Finish the 50km hike in one piece.

3. Run at least 3 times a week for a minimum of 20km/week and hike a minimum of 15km per week (ideally 30+).

Well, the knee felt a bit better, so I went out with my Trailwalker team to attempt the 50k hike. Unfortunately, we were all displaying some form of injury or cold, so we cut it short to 40k. I'm still pleased with the result though. I know I could have gone further, but we just ran out of time as it was a mid-week hike. Weight's good, back up to 85kg :)
