(not without complaining in my head)workouts are good too.last night did 4x4@125lbs which is 63% of my tested max back squat. (note: the last time i tested my back squat was like 2013, when i swore off back squatting) then did 2x20 at 85lbs. the 20s really get in your head. i also had to consciously not let myself go below parallel or use the stretch reflex. that's really hard (y'all know how low i can go.) also pumped that my back wasn't unhappy with either of these. there was more to the workout, but just a quick check in. time for bed! Should be easier on your back.no. low bar. high bar hurts my back. the pressure directly on my spine is no bueno. low bar is harder, because of the technique, but my back is getting stronger with it.
