Multi-Class pt.1 Josh

Good morning to all.

 

My next goal is to complete the Spartan Aloha Stadium Sprint in under 80 minutes. I ran the one at Kuala Ranch in a little under 2 hours, so looking to improve.

 

I noticed that endurance was my biggest weakness while running, or walking most of it to be more accurate. 

 

Side quests- 

30 Burpees a day, as few sets as possible to achieve

PT 5 times a week, with a focus on cardio endurance

Lose 5 pounds

You should extra CON for daring to take on burpees. They are the devil!

If this were D&D, then I'd agree with you. However, I think STA is more relevant because it requires endurance to perform, rather than remaining in good health. 

 

Went through a short version of what I'll be using to focus on endurance today, and it will work.

I was actually struggling for a way to get points for courage -- I find burpees daunting. I'll say that I'll do them and then just whine about it for a long, long time. Lol

I fell off the bandwagon due to work. Still running it, might shift from a time goal to an achievement goal, i.e., finishing it with less than 90 burpees.

Went well. Working on body fat reduction instead, as it's much more relevant to what I'm trying to do with sports. Eating better, eating less (usually). I'm using calipers to track and I'm down 3mm from when I started out.

Not leveling up from this due to failure to complete. One day I'll learn. Did well on my PRT, so time to refocus on this.

Refocusing is a good call, I think. I'm doing something very similar to that for next challenge as well.
