MAIN QUEST: Lose Weight Feel Great!

To hit my goal range of 125-135 and do it in a healthy way!

Goals (diet and fitness related) that will help me achieve Main Quest:

 

1. 21 Day Fix eating plan - I have been doing this for almost 3 weeks now and I am loving it!
A: 36-42 days
B: 30-35 days
C: 25-29 days
D: 20-25 days
F: <20 days
Ability to earn 1 CON point.

2. 21 Day Fix workout plan/PIYO workout plan - a different 30 minute workout each day
A: 36-42 days
B: 30-35 days
C: 25-29 days
D: 20-25 days
F: <20 days
Ability to earn 3 STA, 3 STR points, 3 DEX points.

3. Hit my 10,000 steps goal on my FitBit at least 3x a week
A: 15-18 days
B: 12-14 days
C: 9-11 days
D: 6-10 days
F: <6 days
Ability to earn 2 STA point.

PICK YOUR SIDE QUESTS
Side Quest 1: Work my business
I want to replace my income, so I really need to work my side business hard!

I also want to help as many people as possible along the way! :)

I have been working on one, and I want to finish it and stick to it and put money in savings!

4. Start credit counseling.

I know this is week zero lol but guess what? I signed a new coach last night!! Which means I made Emerald coach in one month!! I am so super excited!! :)

Had a really long day!! 13,124 steps in my boots today/tonight! 5.21 miles!! Lots of walking at work and then we did some shopping and went to Bike Night at Harley Davidson. Fun night!

 

Also signed another coach today! I am so excited with how things are going right now!! 

 

We are taking a trip to Columbia, MO tomorrow to see both our older boys!!! Can't wait!! Probably lots of walking again! And we get to stay in a hotel. You have no idea how much I love staying in hotels. It's silly really, but I love it! lol

 

I still need to pack! So, my morning looks like this:

 

6:30 am - get up and work out

7 am - have my shake and check my email

7:30 am - take shower and get myself ready, wake up hubs and X. 

8:00 am - pack bags, pack car

8:30 am - head out! 

 

It's about a 2.5 hour trip, so it's not too bad, I just hope the weather is ok for driving! At least hubs will be driving... yesterday on my way home I fishtailed really bad in my car and almost wrecked because it was so slick! I started crying! But I made it home!! I just hate driving in the snow!!

 

I am taking my laptop and my workout DVD's so I can workout Sunday morning at the hotel!

 

Anyway, have a wonderful weekend! I will try to check in, but I might not get a chance! :)

Did Upper Fix today, which is mostly all upper body! I did NOT want to get up today, but I did it anyway! I never regret doing a workout!! :) We were going to go to the gym tonight, but X was home sick today, I think he got a touch of food poisoning... so we decided to stay home tonight with him, rather than just leaving him to fend for himself! So, I probably won't hit my steps today, darn it!! 

 

I thought I would post my eating, for anyone who is interested!

 

Breakfast: 2 cups unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 banana, spinach, 1/2 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology, ice in blender - YUM!

Lunch: mason jar salad with yogurt dressing, cucumber, grilled chicken breast, romaine lettuce; carrots and homemade hummus.

Dinner: chicken bowl: grilled chicken, corn, garbanzo beans, and homemade guacamole.

Yay! Your 21 day fix results are amazing!  A co-worker of mine did it a bit ago and I learned about the program and it's fairly solid.  Keep up the great work!

Thanks!! I am super excited about it! I mean it was 3 WEEKS!! I couldn't believe it!! lol

 

I think I am getting a sinus infection :/ Blah! Woke up and did my workout anyway! Ate on plan all day, except for the couple of mini candy bars I had due to the stress of my job lol The kids were CRAZY today!! We had professional development after work today, and I almost fell asleep. I guess I was better than the girl who actually DID fall asleep THREE times!! LOL

 

I came home and took a 3 hour nap! Ooops!!! I have yet to go to the gym this week, so I haven't gotten my steps in yet... planning to go tomorrow and Friday though and maybe Saturday, possibly Sunday.

Yesterday I did Pilates Fix, went to the gym and did 35 minutes on the elliptical and then walked the track long enough to hit my step goal!

I am a little tired this morning and it is COLD!!! Not loving it!!

 

Also had a cheat meal last night. I had 10 traditional wings... it was mostly meat, so I think I am ok. LOL And I didn't gain any weight this morning, so I am happy!

Got up this morning and did Cardio Fix. This one is hard... burpees and lunges!! ACK!! Good thing I can modify!! :)

Did NOT feel well today. Did not work out, did not do meal prep. Really didn't do much of anything except finish our budget for the year. I guess that's something.

Wow, what a day! I am so tired, but I am still doing laundry!! What I did today: 

Church

Visited Stephen's mom and grandma

Went to the Y and did the elliptical for an hour

Went grocery shopping

Took a tiny nap

Got up and went to the church to run sound for a candlelight vigil for a teenager that died last week

Came home and did meal prep for the week

Am still doing laundry and am just now eating dinner. It is 10:45 pm. I'm tired!

 

Oh, by the way, I am counting my workout today as my 21 Day Fix workout, because I did workout, I just didn't do yoga. It's all good!
