This is me being lazy.  I am putting up a thread, but not sure how much I will be posting here.  Just something to remain accountable to the Journey.  I am also limiting the threads I follow to limit my feeling overwhelmed and then avoiding the Revolution altogether like I did this time last year (not good).  I am not doing the full detailed tracking stuff and all the points and all the tattoo goals.  I am out of cash and am just putting the X-wing on autopilot at this point.  I am increasing my calories pretty significantly, up from 1,700 a day to 1,800 on off days or running days and 2,200-2,400 on lift days.  I’m going to give that 6 weeks and if I have put on more than 5 pounds I will likely cut back.  If I stay in a 5 pound range I will go on a cut either the next challenge or both of the last challenges in the Journey.  I plan to exercise 5 days a week, but won’t be doing grades (I know this violates the rules of the challenge, but this more of a place holder to get me to 8/8 on the journey anyway).  That’s about it.  Increase calories.  Keep keeling the lifts.  Let my life settle back down.-
