OK so I did Pass Week 3.

 

Week 4. I've struggled. I never even got to updating the thread. I really struggled through surviving on mostly coffee.

 

For week 5 I will be focus on ticking things off rather than percentages.

Sigh. So in the end - i think i did ok. My life is a bit off a mess. I think I'm going to try a different accountability format for the next challenge. See if i can get some kind of grid going. I also need to try find someone in person whose going to help me keep accountable. Like a brunch buddy or something.

I think in the end i waw pretty good and I passed.

Thanks. Its a bit of a case where none of my friends in Aus have no interest in health. And the ones that do are the ridiculously fit soccer club girls who I have absolutely nothing in common with bar playing at the same club and to tell the truth don't really get along with.. So I just need to find someone new.
