I like the second option as well. Evens things out and it puts in in par with the other four exercise categories (less confusion). And I am with you on the tracking, we can set it up the same way as the other categories and have the spreadsheet do the tracking for back sets also.

Ruling on back sets -

Everyone put in the number of sets done according to your OWN AMRAP for the exercise agreed-upon by your team. The spreadsheet is already set up to do the rest.

 

Last day! Battle ends at 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time, so 16 1/2 more hours from now.

The Starks have won the first battle!

 

The Targaryens will have to work hard to restore their wall and win the war.

 

Question: What is considered winning, and is it several battles or one long war? I think we had the most points this week, but noone knocked down any walls? Do we have to knock down all the walls by challenge end, or just the most points accumulated.

The walls are mostly a way to give a single place to see the effect of the attacks. Each week is a single battle in the 6-week "war" of the challenge. If all of a team's walls were to be destroyed before the end of the 6 weeks, well, they just lost the war early. :)

 

If you think your AMRAP is the same, then you can keep it the same, or you can just do your AMRAPS the first day of the new battle. It is not that strict.

 

This is, by the way, why the "tips" section recommends taking days off between bodyweight workout days, or alternating types of exercises on different days. I did a lot on Friday (well, more than I am used to doing, at least), and my muscles were completely against me doing ANYTHING on Saturday. (Being sick probably did not help)

I want in for sure.  If it works out to join an existing house I could join up with the Starks, assuming they'll have me.  Or if it makes more sense for the overall game and keeping things even I can start a new house - House Lannister

squats - 22

If they are done during the battle week, yes. AMRAPS fro a battle can be done at the end of the previous battle (and count for those reps), during the rest period (not counting as reps), or at the beginning of the new battle (counting as reps).

 

 

Finally getting my AMRAPS done for this week. Schedule is still nuts, but things are gradually getting sorted out so my time will be more flexible by next week. Maybe this was not a good time for me to run a PVP, lol.

Thanks.  This PVP inspired me to up my game on the Neila Rey workout.  I did level 3 instead of level 1.  I might be feeling it tomorrow.  

 

and now I get to add my reps from my AMRAP since I did them yesterday...

Hip extensions sound good! Count me in :) I'll get out an AMRAP for them by tomorrow! Meanwhile:

 

Upper push (inclined push-ups, bar at hip height) AMRAP: 24

Legs (mountain climbers) AMRAP: 40

Core (crunches) AMRAP: 50

 

(still need Back + Upper Pull AMRAPs, will get them tomorrow!

Can someone post 70 more squats for me? I'm out of town with limited access. I've not had time for a pull AMRAP so I suppose I need a zero for the calculations to work?
