I'm 27 years old and work in a sedentary but high stress environment. My last official weight at the doctor a few weeks ago was 239. I really really love Transformers and am a big fan of Doctor Who. You'll also likely notice that I have a love of Disney and make frequent trips to the parks here in Florida during challenges as I am an annual passholder. Main Quest:To reach a goal weight of ~200 by the end of 2015 SMART GoalsEat only Paleo/Primal 3 days a week +3 CON +1 STA I will still try and eat mostly paleo for the rest of the week but I still want to give myself some wiggle room here. I'm also going to allow the inclusion of high quality butter to my cooking for this, hence the primal part. This also means I'll have to drink *cringes* unsweet tea on those days!Do a modified Beginner Bodyweight Workout 3x a week +3 STR +1 STA Currently my routine looks like this5 Minute Warmup15 Squats15 Wall Pushups15 Second Plank18 Walking Lunges10 Dumbbell Rows each arm (10 pound weight)15 Second Push Up Plank30 Jumping Jacksx3StretchTry a new healthy recipe 1x per week+3 WIS +1 CON I really enjoyed learning how to cook last challenge so I'm going to do it again! I will update my grades weekly.Paleo Meals: A=3 C=2 D=1 F=0Bodyweight Workout: A=3 C=2 D=1 F=0Healthy Recipe: Pass or Fail Life QuestDaily Meditation+2 WIS +1 CHA At least 5 minutes a day, I'll probably try using calm.com most of the time but I may branch out to self guided meditations just depending on what I'm feeling at that moment. Motivation To be a healthier meI have several medical issues, including two new diagnoses that sucker punched me during last challenge. Working around my issues will be a bit of a challenge in itself as I'll be getting settled on a new medication, and working with another doctor (I'm collecting them like Pokemon I swear). Losing weight will help manage my PCOS and my skin condition(HS), while meditation will help with my Essential Tremor and PTSD. Also I want to be a badass that can eventually jump and scale buildings and land with grace. Is that too much to ask?
